Diet Tip #1 (aka Notes to Self)

It is of no benefit to wash and dry your jeans during the first week of a diet. The scale may tell you you've dropped a few pounds and are doing really well, but the clean jeans will dispute that. If you want to keep your spirits up, wait a while to do the denim laundry.

on the other hand, many-days-worn jeans may give you a false sense of accomplishment.

on an unrelated note, I might appreciate some feedback to my comments where they lend themselves.

Perhaps this is indicative of an unacceptable degree of lonliness, but it does provoke thought for a notion?
